Claire completed her studies in clinical psychology at the University of Melbourne and La Trobe University. Claire is now a clinical psychologist with several years’ experience working with young people and adults in the public mental health sector.

Claire has experience supporting people struggling with complex mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, personality disorders, body image concerns, psychosis and sleep difficulty.

Claire takes a warm, empathic and collaborative approach to her care, focusing on developing the therapeutic relationship, while drawing on multiple evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness and other evidence based practices.
