Sophie completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne. Sophie is a psychologist with experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults. She works with people to treat mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks and trauma. Sophie also has expertise in helping people struggling with work and study-related stress, perfectionism, assertive communication, family and social relationships, adjustment to life changes, grief and loss, anger and emotion regulation.

Sophie is passionate about supporting others to reach their potential through providing a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space in which they can express, explore and heal. Sophie brings warmth, compassion and expertise to every session.

Sophie has delivered evidence-based psychological interventions in a variety of settings, including secondary schools, a University counselling service, hospitals and a not-for-profit organisation.

Sophie utilises a variety of different treatment approaches when supporting people. These approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing.
