Lucy creates a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore life’s challenges and work towards meaningful change. She enjoys supporting adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, perfectionism, self-esteem difficulties, and major life transitions. Lucy is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and build resilience to live a life aligned with their values.

Lucy is a provisional psychologist who is undertaking her Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Melbourne. She has experience working with adults in both university and private practice settings and draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Alongside her clinical work, Lucy has a background in psychological research, allowing her to integrate current evidence into her practice while tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs.

Lucy currently provides individual therapy to adults aged 18 years and over.
