Mpsych Clinical

Tash is a registered psychologist who is passionate about creating a safe and down to earth therapy space, where people feel understood and hopeful as they navigate life’s ups and downs.

She has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and supporting many conditions, including those with anxiety, depression and trauma related symptoms.

Tash aims to understand her clients needs and work together with them to achieve therapy goals. She loves supporting people to build resilience, while they strengthen their abilities and learn their own skills for a resilient approach to life. Tash also enjoys helping clients build insight, where they gain a better understanding of themselves and what influences their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Tash has a holistic approach when it comes to therapy as she understands how mental health is deeply connected to the body, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, relationships, stress levels, environment, lifestyle, mindset and more!

Tash uses a number of therapeutic approaches, dependent on clients needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

She has over 5 years of experience working in trauma-informed care, and is particularly passionate about working with youth. Tash holds degrees in Criminology and Justice, Psychological Science, and a Master of Psychology (Clinical).

Outside of work, Tash enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, hiking, playing soccer, or simply enjoying quiet moments alone.
